Membership

Q: How do I become a member?
A: Becoming a member is simple. Click the Join button on the homepage to complete the online registration and payment process.

Q: How are membership fees charged, and when do they renew?
A: Membership fees are charged annually and will automatically be debited from the primary card associated with your account unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Q: What is the satisfaction guarantee for new members?
A: If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days of membership activation (provided no bookings have been made), and we will refund your membership fee in full.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: For new members, cancel within 7 days of subscription (with no bookings) for a full refund. For existing members, notify us by email at least 48 hours before the renewal date to cancel auto-renewal.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

 


 

Bookings

Q: Are member rates exclusive?
A: Yes, many of our rates are exclusive for members only. To access them, you must be logged in and registered with us.

Q: Can I book multiple rooms?
A: Yes. Depending on your membership tier, you may be able to book more than one room. Higher tiers have more flexibility.

Q: What are booking fees?
A: A non-refundable booking fee applies per booking. The amount depends on your membership tier.

 


 

Cancellations & Changes

Q: What is the hotel cancellation policy?
A: Hotel cancellations follow the individual hotel’s policy, with times referenced in the hotel’s local time zone. You must contact the hotel directly for any cancellation within the permitted window.

Q: What about restaurant reservations?
A: Restaurant cancellation policies are stated in your confirmation email. Any no-show or late cancellation fees will be passed on directly to you.

 


 

Rate Matching / Lowest Rate Guarantee

Q: Do you offer a price-match guarantee?
A: Yes. If you find a lower rate elsewhere that matches our conditions, we’ll match it or offer a travel voucher. Check the lowest rate guarantee section for full details.

 


 

Account & Loyalty

Q: Can I link my hotel loyalty card?
A: Yes. You can link your hotel loyalty card to your Travel With Gaston profile so that your stays count toward your loyalty benefits with those hotel programs.

Q: Can someone else make bookings using my account?
A: Only with your authorization. You must provide their details to us and ensure they abide by your membership’s terms.
