Terms & Conditions – Travel With Gaston
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Travel With Gaston FZ LLE, operating under Little Emperors (IATA: 96020293). By applying for membership, using our website, or booking through us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Membership Rules
2.1 Admission to membership is subject to verification and acceptance by Travel With Gaston operating under Little Emperors at its sole discretion. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection. We are not obliged to disclose reasons for rejected applications.
2.2 You must provide accurate details when applying. Failure to do so may invalidate your membership. This is a continuing obligation; you must notify us if your details change.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership tiers or these Terms at any time.
2.4 Membership is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred without written consent.
2.5 Reservations made through your membership must be for personal use only. If you authorize someone else to make bookings on your behalf, you must provide their details to our team.
2.6 Access to the members’ area of our website or app is password-protected. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Travel With Gaston assumes no liability for unauthorized use of your account.
2.7 Membership is available only to persons over 18 years of age. Any unauthorized use by individuals under 18 will be null and void.
3. Membership Fees, Renewal & Cancellation
3.1 Membership Fees are displayed during application and on the website before payment.
3.2 Payment of the fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms and authorization for us to provide Services immediately.
3.3 Membership Fees are refundable in full if cancelled within seven (7) days of subscription, provided no Services have been used. After seven days, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise decided at our sole discretion.
3.4 If you find a comparable lower hotel rate that we cannot match, you are entitled to a retrospective refund of your membership fee during your membership year.
3.5 Existing confirmed bookings made directly with suppliers cannot be overridden by Travel With Gaston.
3.6 We may cancel or suspend membership at our sole discretion. If cancelled, we will refund the prorated portion of the fee for the unused period.
3.7 Membership is valid for 12 months and renews automatically unless you cancel in writing at least 48 hours before renewal.
3.8 Fees are payable within 7 days of application acceptance and upon renewal.
3.9 By accepting auto-renewal, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
3.10 Any changes to fees will be communicated before renewal.
3.11 Booking Fees are tied to membership tier and must be paid before using services.
3.12 Upgrades are billed on a prorated basis.
3.13 At your request, Travel With Gaston may purchase goods or services on your behalf. You authorize charges to your payment method.
3.14 Complimentary memberships are valid for 1 year and will auto-renew at the standard fee unless cancelled.
4. Membership Benefits
4.1 As a member, you may access benefits displayed on our website and app. Benefits are provided by suppliers, who are solely responsible for fulfillment.
4.2 Supplier benefits are subject to change and availability.
4.3 We work to ensure benefits remain available but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
4.4 Members should always log in to view full benefit details before booking.
5. Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to:
- Use them only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Accept responsibility for all bookings made under your membership.
- Not make fraudulent or speculative bookings.
- Not use automated tools to access or copy our platform without consent.
6. Agency Role
6.1 Travel With Gaston operates solely as a booking agent. Your contract is directly with the hotel or supplier, whose terms govern your booking.
6.2 We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or service quality of suppliers.
7. Payments
- A valid credit card is required for reservations.
- Deposits and fees charged by hotels are subject to their cancellation policies and are often non-refundable.
- Payments are processed in the hotel’s local currency; bank charges and fluctuations are your responsibility.
8. Booking Confirmations
- A booking is confirmed when a confirmation number is issued.
- Names on reservations must match passports exactly.
- You are responsible for checking confirmations and reporting errors immediately.
9. Amendments & Cancellations
- Amendments and cancellations must be made through Travel With Gaston.
- Hotel cancellation policies apply and may include penalties.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method.
10. Lowest Available Rate Guarantee
10.1 Our lowest available rate guarantee applies to members at the time of booking. To qualify and receive a travel voucher, the rate you found must:
- Apply to the same hotel, dates, room type, guest count, and benefits.
- Be at least 5% lower than our rate (exclusive of card fees).
- Match the same cancellation terms.
10.2 Exclusions include:
- Exchange rate differences.
- Unauthorised agent bookings.
- Special or private rates (corporate, staff, subscriber-only).
- Voucher or redemption bookings.
10.3 The guarantee applies per booking, including consecutive stays. Up to 5 vouchers per year per member are allowed.
10.4 If conditions are met, a GBP 50 voucher will be issued, valid for 1 year.
11. Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Travel With Gaston accepts no responsibility for:
- Medical issues or accidents.
- Flight delays or cancellations.
- Loss or theft of belongings.
12. Complaints
Complaints during travel must be raised with the hotel or supplier immediately to allow resolution. Travel With Gaston may assist after travel on a goodwill basis but accepts no liability for refunds or compensation.
13. Liability
13.1 Travel With Gaston provides services with reasonable care and skill.
13.2 We act only as an agent; all contracts are with suppliers.
13.3 We disclaim liability for supplier acts, omissions, or losses.
13.4 Supplier information (availability, prices, policies) is their responsibility. We do not guarantee accuracy.
13.5 We are not liable for interruptions or inaccessibility of our platform.
13.6 Our maximum liability is limited to twice the commission earned on the booking.
13.7 We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including profit loss, goodwill, data).
13.8 You indemnify us against all claims, costs, and damages arising from your use of our services, breaches of these Terms, or violations of law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Fujairah City, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
